Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that glasses and containers generally take longer for us to ship.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather or carrier delays.
Shipping Carriers
We select the shipping carrier based on the best situation to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only within the United States.
- At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Items in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
