Refund Policy
Due to the special nature of food products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a defective product, you may either request an 80% refund or request a new one.


Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a 80% refund if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • You provide proof of purchase and photos clearly showing the defect or issue.

Important Notes:

  • Partial refunds(80%) are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Non-defective items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at customer.support@yumbrewcf.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Include the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the defect or damage.

We will evaluate your request and notify you if your refund is approved.


Refund Processing
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at customer.support@yumbrewcf.com.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can assist you promptly.


Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:

  • Non-defective food products.
  • Sale items or gift cards.
